This Online Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service course gives YOU the knowledge and skills to embark on a career in the Customer Services sector, resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification. As part of this course, you will be given:

  • Knowledge and understanding in customer service for learners who deal, or intend to deal, with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role
