Traineeships are an amazing stepping stone to full-time paid work if you don’t have many qualifications or experience.

Gain practical experience in Customer Services whilst gaining nationally accredited qualifications that will improve your skills and knowledge, to support you into the world of work! 

You will receive:

• A work placement with a local, reputable customer services provider
• Relevant vocational training in the customer service industry
• Essential Employability, Health & Wellbeing and Life Skills training
• Team-building away days with Phenik Division
• National Quals in Maths and English
• All Travel Expenses paid

Our traineeships take place over a 6-8 week period, which include a minimum of 70 hours work experience.
