Who is the qualification for?

The Level 3 Management Apprenticeship is designed for anyone in full-time work taking their first steps into line management. They may already have some experience of leadership or project management, but this is not essential.

  • Monthly 1-day group workshops
  • continuous tutor support and guidance throughout the programme
  • 1-1 tutorials
  • 370 hours total
  • Assessment methods: Online Tests, portfolio, professional discussion, formal End Point Assessment
