Workshop Description

This workshop explores the increasingly important role personal trainers play in supporting client wellbeing. Delivered by experienced trainers, the session examines how exercise and health positively impact mental health, alongside practical stress management strategies and mindfulness-based programming approaches. You will also learn how to support clients with habit formation and tracking in a way that promotes consistency and resilience. This workshop enhances your ability to coach with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.

Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy All workshop places must be booked and paid for in advance via our website. Once a booking is confirmed, the learner will receive a confirmation email with details of the session they have booked. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may request to move your booking to an alternative date for the same workshop, provided you notify Bright Direction Training at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. Requests to move bookings must be made by email or by phone. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or where a learner does not attend the session, the booking will be treated as a non-attendance and the fee will not be transferable or refundable. Bookings are non-refundable, except in the event that Bright Direction Training cancels a workshop. In this instance, learners will be offered the option to transfer to a future date or receive a full refund. Bright Direction Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops where necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation, learners will be notified as soon as possible.
